What makes you unique
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist (with Federal HR Certificate or university degree)
Solid knowledge of operational HR processes and salary policy (recruitment, training, managerial support), ideally in the public and private sectors (5 to 10 years of experience)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
Sharp analytical mind, network thinking and solution-focused reflection, even under pressure or in very complex situations
Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage several topics simultaneously
Fluency in two official languages (including a minimum B2 level in German), both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of a third official language
