Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Management of a project for the group-wide harmonisation of processes and tools (ERP, PLM, CAE, CMS, configurators)
2. Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects
3. Ensuring compliance with project objectives, costs, quality and deadlines
4. Project reporting to group management
5. Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
6. Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organisation and avoiding scope creep
7. Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape
8. Many years of experience as (overall) project manager or programme manager
9. Experience in setting up PLM systems desired
10. Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
11. Experience with the introduction/migration/consolidation of ERP systems (SAP)
12. Very good knowledge of English and German is required
13. Willingness to travel up to approx. 20% of the time
