Position Summary

As a Corporate Channel Development Manager, you will contribute to Nestlé business growth by shaping effective channel and promotional strategies. You will design and deliver cross‑category, multi‑brand promotional initiatives that create value for retail partners, shoppers, and Nestlé, working closely with commercial and sales teams across the market.


A Day in the Life of a Corporate Channel Development Manager

* Co‑develop retail channel strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to support Nestlé growth ambitions.
* Design and execute budgeted, multi‑brand promotional plans across priority retail channels and key trade partners, with support of other team members.
* Drive retailers’ engagement and coordinate with Sales and Commercial Development teams to ensure high‑quality execution of in‑market activations.
* Develop innovative shopper‑centric promotions in partnership with agencies and clients to maximise impact and effectiveness.
* Build internal capabilities by defining clear in‑store execution standards (Picture of Success) and continuously improving promotion performance evaluation and planning processes.
* Contribute to key commercial planning cycles, including monthly and annual planning, performance reviews, and cross‑functional initiatives.
* Support the coaching and development of junior team members, helping to grow future commercial talent


What will make you successful

* University degree or equivalent in economics, marketing, business management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in demand‑generating roles such as sales, category management, or commercial development; marketing experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of trade landscape, shopper behaviour, and commercial levers such as promotions, point‑of‑sale materials, and assortment.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and long‑term planning capability.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Fluent in English; professional proficiency in German is required. French is a plus.
