We’re looking for a Sales Lead who knows how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a lasting business relationship. Your mission is to identify and engage companies that would benefit from custom-built software, and help them understand how we can support their growth.
Proactively identify potential clients in need of custom software development
Build and manage a pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and networking
Understand client needs and align them with our services
Collaborate with our technical team to shape proposals and solutions
Represent Agile Software Design in meetings, calls, and at industry events
Drive the sales process from first contact to signed contract

Qualifikation
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or tech services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
Strong understanding of business needs across different industries
Fluent in English and German (Other languages are a big plus)
Methodical, independent, and results-driven
