CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of the sales force and thus holistic sales and budget responsibility
• Further development of the sales force by positioning a holistic account management approach that harmonises the needs of our customers and our objectives in the best possible way
• Definition of key competences and setting up corresponding training concepts to ideally enable our employees to create real added value for us and our customers: Actively manage the implementation of a multichannel / omnichannel sales strategy in practices and clinics
• Set up and maintain target-oriented KPI monitoring, taking into account all relevant market data as well as future trends and forecasts
• Cross-functional collaboration within the Swiss management team and with relevant global functions
• Establish channels to share best practices and knowledge within the organisation that contribute to achieving national goals
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with key KOLs in the healthcare sector
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· University degree in a relevant discipline
· Trained as a pharmaceutical sales rep (examinated)
PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES
* Several years of demonstrably successful experience in pharmaceutical speciality field sales in private practice and clinics, ideally in dermatology, immunology or comparable specialist areas
* Management responsibility in pharmaceutical speciality field sales as well as sound knowledge of sales management
* Sound product, market and customer knowledge in the field of speciality care, ideally also in dermatology
* Experience in account management and project work, preferably also for biologics
* Strong sales talent, confident argumentation skills paired with the ability to inspire others
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM applications
* High degree of customer orientation and strong communication skills
* Strong initiative and flexibility as well as a willingness to develop continuously
