Contribution
Your impact:
· Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
· Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners
· Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
· Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams
· Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach
· Support internal communications and company-wide updates
· Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team
· Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news
Requirements
Your skills & experience:
· Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management
· Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
· Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
· Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
· Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure
· Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events
