Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models and BI solutions.
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Develop and manage data models and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and effective data storytelling.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all reporting and BI solutions.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve overall efficiency and scalability.
Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests to assist business decision‑making.
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to handle complex queries and large datasets.
Solid understanding of data visualization and information design principles.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated data‑intensive industries; familiarity with Python or other BI tools; knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
