You'll lead impactful deals, boost occupancy and revenue across multiple business centers, and expand our customer base through proactive acquisition of new clients.

* Set the pace in the flexible workspace sector, driving demand and leading leasing and sales initiatives with full accountability.
* Achieve sales growth through the development and execution of targeted sales plans.
* Expand our customer base by proactively acquiring new clients and securing long-term agreements.
* Maintain client relationships and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing existing customers.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a sharp 'hunter' mindset with a track record of exceeding goals.
* Exhibit relentless closing abilities with a strategic approach to negotiation and deal-making.
* Show exceptional self-discipline, a high-performance rhythm, and personal accountability to drive results.
* Be fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
* Possess completed vocational training or academic studies.
* Show proficiency in tech-savvy tools, particularly CRM platforms.
