Acquiring – Drive strategic client acquisition and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities with both new prospects and existing customers. Guiding – Act as a trusted partner, guiding clients through solution-oriented consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. Accomplished in complex sales – Experience in consultative selling with a track record of winning complex sales over several years. Public Tender Knowledge – Experience with public procurement processes and digital tendering tools (e.g., SIMAP, Xatena, SuisseOffer). Tech-savvy – Interest in how technology can transform healthcare, with a focus on data and digital. Fluent communication – Proficient in German and English (written and spoken).
