The job in brief:

What your impact will be:
* Coding new features, fixing bugs and optimising code
* Working with the Team to break down User Stories into tasks that can be worked on
* Analysing performance metrics and logs using monitoring tools
* Updating technical documentation
* Collaborating with designers, testers, product owners and other developers
* Conducting and participating in code reviews
* Evolving and maintaining our websites
* Performance optimisations
* Technical reviews
Qualifications
Your expertise:
* Deep understanding of React.js, including its core principles, such as Hooks and state management.
* Proficiency in: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
* Experience with: TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js and the NPM ecosystem, Testing frameworks, especially Jest.
* Git, git-flow and version control best practices.
* Communicative English
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Ai coding assistants like Claude Code
* Practical knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
* Knowledge of CSS-in-JS libraries or frameworks.
* Understanding of Next.js server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes.
* Familiarity with testing tools like React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
* Browser, Server and CDN Caching Techniques.

Selection process steps*:
