PpAn international Private Bank is looking for their new Lead Auditor in Basel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and execute end-to-end audits independently, from scoping through to reporting /li liDraft clear, concise, and impactful audit reports /li liAct as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior management /li liMonitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations /li liPrepare reports and statements for senior stakeholders, including audit leadership and board-level committees /li liTake ownership of assigned international locations, including risk assessments, audit planning, and stakeholder management /li liIdentify and assess emerging risks across financial crime, business conduct, and other evolving areas /li liParticipate in special investigations, audits, and cross-functional projects /li liServe as a subject matter expert within the audit function /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years experience in banking audit (internal or external), including lead auditor responsibilities /li liRelevant education in banking, finance, or business; professional certifications such as CIA, CFA, or equivalent preferred /li liCertified public accountant qualification is an advantage /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and assess complex issues /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work independently with a hands-on and accountable approach /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with core banking systems is a plus /li liWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis /li liFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
