We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead all corporate and fund financial operations, reporting, controls, and treasury functions across our investment firm and funds.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in high finance at a tier-1 financial institution or investment management company. A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field from a globally recognized institution is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
CFA, CAIA, or CPA (or equivalent) certification is essential, demonstrating mastery of accounting and audit standards.
A strong command of investment operations, fund accounting, valuation, and treasury management is also required. The ability to interface with FINMA and the regulated industry broadly is crucial.
The successful candidate will be based in Switzerland and have exceptional English fluency, with German or French being a strong plus.
Responsibilities
* Finance Leadership: Direct all corporate and fund financial operations, reporting, controls, and treasury functions across the investment firm and funds.
* Regulatory Alignment: Act as the principal liaison with FINMA; ensure capital adequacy and full compliance precision in coordination with Compliance.
* Financial Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning.
* Investment Operations: Oversee fund accounting and custodians, NAV, valuations, and performance reporting.
* Risk & Control: Maintain robust controls, audit readiness, and operational resilience; oversee & interface with Deputy Risk and Compliance functions to consistently ensure best-in-class.
* Tax: Oversee tax reporting in collaboration with outside counsel and tax professionals.
* Capital & Liquidity: Optimize capital allocation and liquidity management across the firm's structures.
Requirements
* 4+ years in high finance at a tier-1 financial institution or investment management company.
