In the position of Solution Simulation & Design Consultant (f/m/d) within our global Roche
Consulting team, you are the designated expert and product owner for our simulation tools in
the area of Operational Excellence Lab-Consulting. In this role, you will support our country
organizations in the application of these tools - but you will also be responsible for their
further development and strategic orientation.
You will also be responsible for the simulation support of complex automation projects,
where you will continue to train our country organizations and make them fit for the future.

Your impact
● You define the vision for our simulation tools in terms of purpose, benefits and target
groups and communicate this to the organization
● You are also the driving force behind product development planning for our tools. You
maintain close communication with stakeholders, customers and end users to identify
and prioritize current and future needs.
● In your tasks, you work closely with the internal development team, software
engineering and other interfaces to ensure the smooth implementation of product
development
● Another essential part of your responsibilities includes training planning and actively
training our customers to use the respective simulation tools according to their
needs. You will closely coordinate with our internal Roche training academy.
● In addition to these exciting technical topics, we also entrust you with the economic
control requirements for the simulation tools
Your profile
● The basic requirement for this position is that you have at least 7 yrs of practical
experience in the simulation of complex workflows and processes. Ideally, you are
already familiar with the processes of laboratory diagnostics from pre- to post-
analysis. However, simulation know-how from other industries, such as automotive or
logistics, can also be beneficially applied with us.
● A degree in business informatics, an engineering degree or a master's degree in
business information systems form the foundation of your expertise
● You have in-depth IT knowledge, particularly in the areas of simulation (lab
simulation), 3D data processing and visualization (CAX, animation and visualization
system)
● Customer orientation is your top priority. In addition, you already have extensive
experience in acting as a liaison between customers (international), local contacts
and stakeholders
● You are also accustomed to working in an international environment. You are
correspondingly well-versed in international project management and your English
language skills are absolutely business fluent.
This position can be filled in Mannheim (Germany) or Rotkreuz (Switzerland).
