Your role
Do you want to be part of a new banking era and play a crucial role in the merger of Switzerland's two largest banks?
We’re looking for a digitally savvy colleague to:
* plan client meeting appointments and keep them informed
* address all Digital and Mobile Banking-related questions, e.g., Digital Activation for E/Mobile Banking
* provide a personalized E/Mobile Banking experience
* conduct remote 1:1 e-banking sessions to highlight UBS’ first-in-class digital solutions
* assist with other tasks related to the migration support to ensure a smooth transition for clients
Your team
We are forming a new migration support team to facilitate the merger and support our domestic and international Wealth Management markets before, during, and after the client migration of former Credit Suisse clients to UBS. The contract is limited to the End of April 2026
You will be part of the highly skilled and motivated Digital Specialist and Outbound team within GWM Front Support Office Client Services. Our team is diverse, passionate about driving digitalization, and committed to delivering the best of UBS to our clients. We aim to cultivate a work environment that supports personal and professional development in line with individual aspirations.
Your expertise
* experience in supporting a diverse range of domestic and international clients
* ability to identify clients’ needs and act accordingly
* curious mindset with the ambition to identify problems and opportunities
* strong problem-solving skills with the talent to offer tailored solutions
* excellent verbal communication skills in German, French, or Italian, and English. Additional languages are an advantage
* systematic and enthusiastic approach to working
* ability to handle different IT programs and communication channels
