Tasks
Your mission:
Develop and manage monthly social media plans and campaigns
Create and publish engaging and diverse content across our social media channels
Develop and implement a community management strategy to drive engagement and grow our online community
Respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
Support social media copywriting and content creation
Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance across various platforms
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
Attend partner events and create live social media coverage
Requirements
Your skills:
Completed apprenticeship, higher technical school or university degree in digital marketing or a related field
Initial professional experience in social media, digital marketing or a similar environment
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Highly motivated, flexible, organised, creative and proactive personality
Native speaker of German, English or French with very good knowledge of one additional language
Strong identification with the NORQAINER spirit: adventure, outdoor sports, independence and a dynamic lifestyle
