Our global end client in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne) is now looking to hire on a permanent basis its Digital Sales & Marketing Technology Manager to lead their Sales & Marketing technology roadmap in a premium international environment. This role covers CRM, digital marketing, marketing automation, web analytics, omni-channel retail solutions, and BI modernization, with a strong focus on personalization and AI-driven customer experience. THE ROLE
Define and deliver the Sales & Marketing technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Lead projects across CRM, marketing automation, customer journeys, omni-channel personalization, sales operations and BI modernization.
Manage a small team (2 Business Analysts) and coordinate external partners in a squad-based delivery model.
Promote cloud-based BI and self-service analytics across business functions.
Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, ensuring IT solutions drive measurable business value.
Support the development of AI-driven personalization and customer 360° initiatives.
Requirements
1. MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data (or equivalent).
2. 8 years of experience in managing data / CRM / digital Sales / MarTech, web analytics, consumer datas, marketing automation projects with proven cross-functional leadership.
3. Proven ability to bridge IT and business, lead cross-functional squads, and manage senior stakeholders.
4. Experience in a premium, customer-experience-driven industry (hospitality, retail, high-end services) is an advantage.
5. Fluent in French and professional English.
