We're looking for a hands-on digital native to join our team Turbo
You'll live and breathe culture, content and community — and you'll be the one bringing all of that to life through social media formats, community management, channel analysis and precise execution. You're not afraid to jump into editing tools, trend-scout, test ideas, and support big campaigns in the european market with real impact. You'll work closely with our Head of Digital and Digital Marketing Manager to help translate strategy into scroll-stopping output — all while keeping an eye on what's next in the El Tony and Puerto Mate universe.
Your Mission:
Content & Channel Ops
* Help plan and execute day-to-day content on Instagram, TikTok and other channels
* Adapt visuals, cut videos, draft snappy captions — and publish it live, fast and smart
* Spot and jump on trends that fit our brands DNA, while staying true to our subcultural marketing approach
* Maintain our publishing-tools and CMS
Cultural Pulse & Trend Work
* Be our radar for subcultures, creators, and emerging formats — what's hot, what's cringe, what's next for our marketing pillars
* Feed the team inspiration from music, events, nightlife, sport, and digital trends
* Contribute and execute ideas for ambassador projects, formats, and community-first activations
Comunity Management
* Manage day-to-day community management and reach new brandlovers
Digital Innovation & Testing
* Test new tools, formats, filters and micro-experiments on platforms
* Co-create assets for paid and organic — especially for short-form mobile content
* Help structure results and feedback into team insights
Your Profile:
* You have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (agency, brand, media)
* You feel more fluent in memes than in PowerPoint — but can handle both
* You know your way around editing tools like Adobe Premiere
* You understand how content lifecycles work on different channels — and what won't work
* You love content, but you

- You're proactive, humble, and fast. Always two steps ahead and ready to go.
- English (professional level). German or French is a plus.
