TheEuropeanAllianceofAssociationsforRheumatology(EULAR)isaleadingorganizationfocusedonminimizingtheimpactofRheumaticandMusculoskeletalDiseases(RMDs)onindividualsandsociety.Withamissiontofosterexcellenceinresearch,education,andpatientcare,EULARbringstogetherhealthcareprofessionals,scientists,andpatientsacrossEurope.OurvisionisaworldwhereRMDsarerecognized,diagnosedearly,andultimatelypreventedorcured.Inadditiontorepresentation,EULARalsooperatesservicestothatend,includingayearlycongresswith14000in-personparticipants,acontinuingeducationprogramwithupto20000enrolledstudentsandnumerousservicestoassistresearchers,healthprofessionalsandpatientswhereverpossible.TheorganisationconsistsoftheHead-QuartersinKilchbergwithagrowingteamof40+employeesaswellasupto1000activevolunteersspreadacrossEurope.
AspartofthecurrentlyindevelopmentEULARIT-Strategy2026-2028,weareembarkingonadigitaltransformationjourneytoexpandourservices,enhanceourimpact,andoptimizethedataandplatformsusedbyourteams.
PositionOverview
WeareseekingadynamicandorganizedITOperationsandServiceCoordinatortojoinourgrowingteam,reportingtoourHeadofIT.TheindividualinthisrolewillcoordinateongoingITserviceswithsuppliers,implementdigitaltransformationprojectsacrossdepartments,andactasabridgebetweenEULAR’sinternalteamsandexternalITsupportvendors.TheidealcandidatewillhaveexperiencewithITservicemanagement,vendorcoordination,andprojectmanagement,aswellastheabilitytofacilitatecollaborationbetweentechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities
* Overseetheday-to-dayoperationsanddocumentationofITservicessuchasM365,AtlassianJira/Confluenceandmanymorecustomsolutions,ensuringservicequality.
* Monitorandmanageservicelevelagreements(SLAs)withexternalvendors,ensuringtimelyissueresolutionandassistwithvendorrelationshipmanagement.
* TakeownershipofandexpandtheITservicemanagementplatformanditsprocesses.
* ServeastheliaisonbetweenEULAR'sinternalteams(e.g.,Congress,Education,Research)andexternalITvendors,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandissueescalationorinternalresolutionofsmallerissues.
* Managesmallprojectsrelatedtosystemsintegration,automation,orworkflowoptimization,ensuringalignmentwithorganizationalobjectives.
Yourprofile
* 3-5yearsofexperienceinIT-service,IT-operations,technicalprojectcoordination,orasimilarrole.
* ExperiencemanagingSaaSsolutions(e.g.M365,Atlassian)andexternalITvendors.
* Enthusiasmtogethands-onwhererequired.
* Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.
* Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandservicesinastructuredmannerandprioritizetaskseffectively.
* Technicalabilitytotroubleshootcommonworkplacetechnologyandhardware.
Beneficialadditionalexperience:
* ExperienceinautomatingBusinessProcessesusingLow-codesolutionsorbasicscripting.
* Devops/Datascienceknow-how.
* Proficiencywithcloudplatforms(e.g.Azure),digitalprojectmanagementtoolsandCRM/CMSsystems.
AbouttheTeam
Youwillbejoiningacross-functionalteamofprofessionalscommittedtoEULAR’smissionoffosteringscientificinnovationandimprovingthelivesofthoseaffectedbyRMDs.Youwillworkcloselywithourinternaldepartments(education,research,membership,communications)andreportdirectlytotheHeadofIT.You’llalsocollaboratewithexternalITsuppliers,ensuringsmoothday-to-dayoperationsandthesuccessfulexecutionofdigitalprojects.Inaddition,weprovide:
