Your mission
As a member of our team of Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for the Air Traffic Management employees rostering / planning.
Your responsibilities
* Autonomous rostering / planning of one or several units thanks to advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules
* Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering tool
* Coaching and supervising junior and professional rostering staff
* Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance
* Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job
* Act as advisor/sparring partner for line managers and the heads of units within in the area of responsibility
What we are looking for
* Federal Vocational Education and Training in commercial business (EFZ) or equivalent Diploma
* Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / workforce planning with
* Proficiency in the Swiss Labor law, the CLAs and other appropriate regulations (e.g. fatigue management)
* Team player: You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution
* Problem Solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
* Credibility & Accountability: You are transparent in your actions, explaining the reasoning behind them, and consistently follow through on your commitments
* Fluency in German and English, French as an asset
