Tasks
Prepare and follow up on city council meetings and management sessions.
Handle public inquiries and tasks within the Präsidiales department.
Support the planning and execution of elections and internal events.
Preparation and follow-up of City Council and Executive Management meetings (review incoming motions, edit, schedule, send protocol excerpts, create official publications)
Handling inquiries from the public as well as tasks of the Presidential Affairs department
Preparation and coordination of internal events, such as management conferences or executive management retreats
Support in planning, organizing, and conducting elections and votes
Participation in projects in the area of Digital Transformation and Organizational Development
Skills
Commercial training (EFZ), preferably in public administration; several years of experience.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and CMI Axioma.
Excellent communication skills, loyalty, and teamwork.

Several years of professional experience in a similar field
Solid IT user skills (MS Office, CMI Axioma)
Confident in spoken and written language
