Today, we are assisting one of our clients, a luxury construction company, in the recruitment of a
Sales & Operations Assistant (M/F/X).
This is a
full-time, permanent
position
TASKS:
* Support the registration of the Group with clients; maintain and update customer portals, including login credentials.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring all standard documentation and procedures are correctly followed.
* Maintain and update the CRM system; support users at headquarters and in branch offices, including training where necessary.
* Keep commercial, tender, and contract logs accurate and up to date.
* Collaborate in the preparation of annual client tariffs and ensure data is correctly stored on internal servers.
* Support the sales team in building customized tariff proposals for clients.
* Organize and translate presentations for internal meetings and external clients or affiliates.
* Ensure all sales documentation is current and correctly archived, both digitally and physically.
* Contribute to the organization of client gifts and events at the end of the year.
PROFIL
* Previous experience in a sales support, commercial assistant, or operations role (1–3 years minimum preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and internal database management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international, fast-paced environment.
Salary: 75K-85K
