Swiss Life Asset Managers (SLAM) is a leading institutional real estate investment manager in Europe. Thanks to over 125 years of experience, we have the expertise to develop real estate portfolios throughout different real estate cycles across countries and sectors. We focus on real estate investments in Europe with strong local expertise and offices in Switzerland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and the UK.
Responsibilites
* Supporting SLAM’s European real estate product offering and assisting in sales activities across multiple markets.
* Contributing to the creation and review of marketing and communication materials, ensuring compliance and quality (e.g., Pitchbooks, Teasers, Reports).
* Taking ownership of administrative tasks such as reporting, updating product lists, and maintaining overview presentations.
* Participating in investor due diligence and managing RfI/RfP processes with precision.
* Playing an active role in standardizing cross-border processes for SLAM’s real estate product offering, while contributing to digitization and ESG initiatives.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Europe.
Expertise
* Solid academic background (Bachelor level) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and / or
* Min. 3+ years of professional experience in sales support or related roles, experience in asset/portfolio/product/fund management or finance is a plus
* A performance-driven, solution-oriented team player with a quick grasp of complex topics.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with diverse teams across countries.
* Highly motivated, well-organized, and eager to take on new challenges.
* Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce).
* Fluent in German and English; French is a strong advantage.
