Main activities: take on a role close to the support team, with the care manager and the future IPS nurse, under the responsibility of the management college of the support concept by the interdisciplinary team of the site; ensure the quality of the care provided and supervise those given by the support staff and those subordinate to him daily; be responsible for the healthcare sector; be the main contact person with the responsible doctor or their substitute; ensure the quality of supervision of students, apprentices, and interns; participate in the project for the development and construction of a new EMS X on the La Rosière parcel. You possess: a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross; at least 5 years of professional experience, with experience in intermediate management at a minimum (e.g., CAS); experience in an elderly care setting (EMS/CMS) in Switzerland; leadership skills and the ability to supervise the quality of work in interdisciplinary contexts; good knowledge of tools and French (oral and written) PLAISIR® / PLEX® / in business / CAS-DAS useful for the position (PAA; car (essential); private residence within a maximum of 35 minutes from X (in case of nursing on-call services).
