Reporting to the Senior Audit Director of Finance, Risk and Asset Management, you will drive high-impact comprehensive audits based on risk assessments, and provide assurance that governance, risk management, and control processes are effective. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering clear, impactful insights to continuously enhance the control environment. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading and developing a high-performing audit team focused on Asset Management and Treasury /li liOwning the end-to-end audit process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. /li liDriving continuous risk assessment to identify emerging and residual risks. /li liDefining and prioritizing audit activities in line with risk exposure. /li liCommunicating key findings, including root causes, actions, and insights, to senior stakeholders. /li liDelivering concise, risk-focused reporting to Senior Management, Audit Committees, and the Executive Board. /li liBuilding strong, trusted stakeholder relationships. /li liCoaching and constructively challenging team members to support their growth. /li liCollaborating across functions and geographies to deliver holistic insights and foster a culture of trust and inclusion. /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pGroup Internal Audit is an international team of auditors. We apply innovative and risk-focused techniques to ensure that our audit effort is proportionate to risk, and we continuously expand the use of data analytics and automation within our processes. /p h3About You /h3 ul li15+ years’ experience in financial markets (treasury/investments and asset management). /li liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. /li liLeadership and management experience in a global organization. /li liDeep knowledge of financial instruments, investment products and capital markets. /li liAbility to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial data, including valuation models, pricing mechanisms, and performance metrics. /li liFamiliarity with regulatory requirements governing asset management activities. /li liStrong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, project management, and risk management. /li liCPA, CA, or CIA professional certification preferred. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken). /li liKnowledge of agile frameworks. /li liKnowledge of audit systems and software (Teammate, JIRA, etc.). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pFor Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 168,000 and 252,000 CHF for a full-time role.
