AI Bridge helps organisations build real, practical AI competence. We work with SMEs, enterprise companies, and public sector organisations across Switzerland, supporting leadership teams on their strategic AI journey and helping employees use AI tools effectively, safely, and confidently in their daily work.
We’re a team of 10 with backgrounds in tech, business, and growth. People describe us as sympathisch, warm, and approachable. We care deeply about quality, relationships, and making things work well without unnecessary complexity.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a GenAI Trainer who wants to take real ownership, leading client projects end‑to‑end and helping people across Switzerland get the most out of AI.
The Role
As a GenAI Trainer at AI Bridge, you own your client projects from start to finish. Once a project is handed over from sales, you take it from there: understanding the client’s needs, preparing the content, delivering the training, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
In practice, this means:
* Delivering hands‑on applied GenAI trainings across German‑speaking Switzerland, including our flagship Promptathon format for groups of 15 to 60 people
* Managing client relationships for your projects: getting to know their context, identifying specific needs, and creating tailored content where needed
* Staying in touch with clients on practical details to make sure you show up at the right place, at the right time, with everything you need
* Developing and updating training content: slides, exercises, and participant tasks
* Staying on top of new GenAI tools and features and bringing that knowledge into the materials
* Feeding insights from your workshops back into the team and collaborating on the continuous development of our training format
* Representing AI Bridge professionally as the face of the company for your clients
* Occasionally contributing to internal AI Bridge formats and external networking events
The role is based in Zürich. Trainings take place mostly across German‑speaking Switzerland.
What we’re looking for
* You’re a strong GenAI user, comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in your daily work, and you actively follow what’s new. You’re genuinely excited about AI and its potential to change how people work.
* You know how to teach. You have real experience facilitating workshops or trainings, and you understand how adults learn.
* You can explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly to non‑technical audiences.
* You’re warm, clear, and confident in front of a room without being performative. You enjoy making others feel competent and curious rather than showcasing your own expertise.
* You’re genuinely service‑oriented. You listen carefully, understand what a client needs, and find the best way to deliver a great experience within what’s possible.
* You take ownership. When a project is yours, you make it work without waiting to be told what to do.
* You take feedback seriously and see every session as something to improve on.
* You’re reliable, well‑organized, and respectful of the brand you represent.
* Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
You might come from consulting, corporate training, education, tech, or a similar field. We care more about how you teach and engage than where you come from.
What we offer
* A structured train‑the‑trainer onboarding led personally by our founder Afke Schouten, with coaching and feedback throughout. Our training materials are ready to use from day one, so you can focus on delivery and impact right away.
* A smart, diverse team that genuinely cares about what it does and challenges your thinking across tech, business, and growth.
* A varied client portfolio across industries and sectors, from SMEs to large enterprises and public sector organisations.
* Real opportunities to grow beyond training delivery, into consulting projects, new workshop formats, and broader responsibilities.
* The freedom to shape training formats based on where you see the most potential.
* A base at Technopark Zürich with flexible working hours. We care about the quality of your work, not when or where you do it.
