The Opportunity
For a globally operating consumer goods company, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the HR function for a lean Swiss organization. This is a standalone, hands‑on leadership role with strong visibility, stakeholder exposure, and responsibility across the full HR lifecycle.
Standalone HR leadership role with full operational ownership
Lead and develop a small team
Act as primary HR partner to local leadership within an international matrix environment
Combine hands‑on execution with stakeholder influence and culture shaping
Key Responsibilities
Own the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, compliance, and HR operations
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and build strong relationships across the organization
Ensure execution excellence in Swiss HR processes, including payroll coordination with an external provider
Drive structure, governance, and continuous improvement across HR systems and data, ideally with Workday exposure
Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating in a standalone / high‑ownership role
Strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligence
Pragmatic, structured, and execution-driven
Able to stabilise and further develop team and stakeholder dynamics
Exposure to international environments
Understanding of retail / consumer‑driven businesses
Affinity for HR + technology interface
Fluent in German and English ; French would be a plus
