Description
* Coordinate all development phases of the project.
* Ensure the selection of key contractors through rigorous tender processes and contracts negotiations and manage as the owner representative.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive development/value add budget and monitor spendings.
* Prepare application files and liaise with local authorities to obtain the required building permits and all other authorizations required.
* Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of development/value add works.
* Identify key risks and propose mitigating actions.
* Ensure the quality of construction and enhancement works meets established standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
* Oversee the technical due diligence on new acquisitions and development/value add projects.
Profile
* University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in real estate development and project management in Switzerland.
* Technical knowledge of construction processes and building systems, town planning.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willingness and flexibility for day trips within Switzerland.
* Analytical profile, critical mind, ability to synthesize.
* French and Swiss-German required, English would be a significant plus.
