This is where you'll excel
* Lead regional quality processes to ensure quality targets achievement for the business area GD, with a strong focus on quality improvement along the whole value chain.
* Coordinate and execute GD quality improvement projects within the region.
* Develop and foster quality awareness, and continuous improvement mindset, into the organization.
* Enable and coach quality methods and tools.
* Conduct the BA Quality Assurance through M2M, C2C quality gates reviews.
* Conduct the BA Quality Assurance through regular product and process audits.
* Drive and coordinate the regional complaints into the 8D process for sustainable problem solving.
* Cultivate and foster a culture of cooperation within the region between: MLS / SAS for BA specific Q-topics.
* Generate regular quality assessment reports (8D trends, cost of poor quality, etc.).
* Leading the local teampersonnel responsibility).
* Support global Quality manager of GD to coordinate and execute GD quality improvement projects
* Support Quality manager of GD in BU to solve customer complaints in sustainable way.
* Strengthen IPQC together with MLS.
* Support MLS to improve product quality and supplier management
These are the skills you'll need
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical, Engineering).
* At least 3 years of experience in position.
* Technical background and mechanical design experience is plus.
* Confident in handling quality KPI and solve customer complaints in sustainable way.
* Local language and fluent English.
* Broad knowledge of the ISO9001 standard certification, preferred.
* Audit / supplier audit capabilities.
* Familiar with quality tools, for example 8D / PDCA / FMEA.
* Analytical thinking person, assertive, yet cooperative in dealing with other departments
* Ability to identify and analyze problems, to develop strategies for customers.
* Ability to act successfully in an intercultural environment.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Result driven and customer oriented.
* Ability to work in a team. Good communication skill, good cooperation
* Strong safety awareness
* Willingness to travel
