Responsibilities
* Lead ITOM Discovery workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.
* Advise on best practices for ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB data management.
* Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
* Deliver documentation, governance recommendations, and roadmap guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery projects.
* Strong business consulting background with an ability to bridge technical and strategic needs.
* Fluency in German, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Must be based in Switzerland, with availability for occasional on-site visits.
* Previous experience in the financial sector is highly advantageous.
