You will join a team of qualified professionals. Your mission will consist of participating in the audit of the annual accounts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva and in performance or compliance audits, mainly related to information systems or digital transition. Hired under private law, you will benefit from a modern and flexible work environment, with flexible hours and the possibility of teleworking within the territory.Tasks- Participate in the audit of the annual accounts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva and other public entities on aspects related to the main risks existing in connection with the information systems of the entities subject to the controls of the Court;- Participate in the design of performance and compliance audit missions in connection with the information systems of the entities falling within the scope of the Court of Audit;- Perform the audit procedures necessary to meet the objectives of the mission;- Formulate recommendations with high added value aimed at responding to the risks and issues identified;- Draft audit reports intended for the general public;- Monitor the implementation of recommendations.Profile- University degree at master's level or equivalent in auditing, information systems, accounting, finance, or economics (university degree, HEG or equivalent);- Possessing a certification in auditing (CIA), in information systems auditing (CISA), in risk management, or in information security management;- Recent professional experience of at least five years in auditing (internal or external);- Ability to analyze business processes and good knowledge of information systems;- Critical and analytical mind accompanied by a strong capacity for synthesis, very good oral communication skills, and very great ease in writing;- Good team spirit;- Good knowledge of public administration in Switzerland and German.About the Court of AuditThe Court of Audit is responsible for the independent and autonomous control of the State, municipalities, public law institutions, and subsidized private organizations. The controls carried out by the Court are of its own free choice and aim to contribute to improving the management and performance of public authorities. Its audits aim to propose solutions to promote public policy objectives while spending less or doing better with the same means.
