Technical Project Manager Retrofit - Electronic Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
* Manage all engine control system related retrofit activities and technology upgrades for marine 2‑stroke engines in service produced under WinGD license
* Be responsible for delivering all Automation & Control relevant drawing sets needed to purchase relevant components and install specified equipment (bill of material, order drawings, assembly drawings)
* Within this role you will:
o Carry out impact analysis based on available documentation to identify the scope of a specific retrofit project
o Coordinate retrofit projects from Automation & Control side across other departments and teams, clarifying interface and connection points and agreeing on timelines/project roadmaps
o Break down retrofit project scope into individual design groups and prepare work for outsourcing to facilitate economical resources
o Within area of competence, manage external resources by preparing clearly defined tasks and reviewing delivered designs/drawings to meet internal standards
o Adjust documentation to the latest production/ordering requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience with a 3D CAD system (preferably Siemens NX)
* Familiar with VSM norm to create 2D assembly and production drawings
* Experienced with Product Lifecycle Management System (preferably Siemens Teamcenter)
* Experience as technical project manager
* Strong proficiency of technical documentation
* Proven working experience with combustion engines or industrial plants with comparable complexity
* Experience in manufacturing mechanical parts is a strong asset
* Familiar with team collaboration and workflow management tools (preferably Jira and Confluence)
* Very fluent in English
* German language skills are considered an advantage
