A leading Swiss industrial group is looking for a Global Sales Manager to drive its international growth across Europe, North America, and Asia. Specializing in modular clamping systems, precision bearings, and high-precision engineering tools, the company seeks a commercially strategic leader to manage global sales operations, lead a distributed team, and build sustainable partnerships with clients and distributors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute B2B global sales strategies to support long-term growth.
Lead, coach, and grow an international sales team.
Identify new markets and business opportunities across regions.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and product teams.
Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
Oversee sales performance metrics, budgets, CRM usage, and reporting.
Negotiate major client contracts and ensure service excellence.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity.
Ideal Profile
7+ years in international technical sales, ideally in machining, tooling, or industrial manufacturing.
Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Delémont (relocation support available).
Strategic, data-driven, and skilled in client negotiation.
Willing to travel internationally up to 50%.
