We are currently partnering with an innovative organisation operating within the RF and communications technology space, supporting customers across high-frequency systems, communications engineering, and advanced electronic solutions.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to take ownership of both service operations and electronic production, playing a key role at the intersection of customers, engineering, and manufacturing.
The Role
As Team Lead – Service and Production, you will oversee both customer-facing technical service and internal production operations, ensuring seamless delivery, high service quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Service Management
* Lead technical customer support (remote & on-site) across RF and communications systems
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and field service activities
* Own and enhance SLAs, ticketing systems, and service processes
* Deliver technical training at customer sites (internationally)
* Manage spare parts, logistics, and inventory
* Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
* Ensure compliance and high‑quality service documentation
Production Management
* Lead and develop a team of 6 within electronic production & integration
* Plan and coordinate production schedules, resources, and delivery timelines
* Drive continuous process optimisation
* Maintain and improve manufacturing and QA documentation
Your Profile
* Strong expertise in RF / radio frequency / communications engineering
* Proven experience across field service/support AND electronic production
* Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
* Comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, service, production, supply chain, sales)
* Structured, solution-oriented, and hands‑on mindset
* Fluent in German and English (French or Arabic is a plus)
