About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships with mid-market customers across the entire Lenovo PC and Smart Device product portfolio.
Your main focus will be on acquiring new customers in your territory and developing and supporting the existing customer base. You will work closely with our business partners and external service teams to ensure successful sales phases until closing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new customer projects through active telephone calls.
2. Manage customer relationships to increase sales and profits.
3. Presentation of the full product, service, and solution portfolio, tailored to individual customer requirements.
4. Select and configure products according to customer needs.
5. Prepare and follow-up on offers, including pricing, until project completion.
6. Contribute to pipeline management and weekly forecast, pipeline, and opportunity management.
7. Develop quarterly business activity plans within assigned customers to achieve targets.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
9. Independently process customer inquiries and cooperate with international teams.
10. Document and track telephone activities in the CRM system.
About You
* Ideal 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, with strong affinity for phone-based sales.
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as presentation abilities.
* Technical knowledge in Workplace, Services, and Server is an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management tools.
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner.
You should be a strong team player with high flexibility, independence, proactivity, and the ability to deliver excellent results under time pressure.
