Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is implementing a new globally governed Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform across all its sites. The current Oracle MES platform is being replaced with a new Syncade solution.
The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for onsite project management activities related to the MES NextGen local project at one of their Switzerland sites. This role involves coordinating the project in collaboration with the Global Program/Project Manager based in the USA, the local Switzerland site IT Lead, and the site Business PMO representative.
The successful candidate will work closely with onsite IT and Business leadership teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role requires strong organizational, prioritization, financial, interpersonal, and communication skills, particularly with IT Business Partners, IT Data & Compliance Managers, and the local Business team.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager in Pharma, GxP Systems Implementation, from requirements gathering to final delivery and documentation.
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Science industries.
* Proven experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation.
* Proficiency in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV), adhering to company methods and deliverables.
* Knowledge of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with Change Management processes, tools, and regulated document authoring.
* Strong accountability in driving project management success.
* Ability to manage Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies.
* Fluent in French and English.
