SimCorp Principal / Lead Project Manager
Location: Switzerland (preferred) | Travel to Zurich required | Contract: Full-time | Start Date: End of Q2 | End Date: Q4 2027
Overview
We are currently supporting a leading client in the financial services sector in sourcing a SimCorp Principal / Lead Project Manager to drive a large-scale, multi-stream implementation programme. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep project delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream implementation projects
* Own project scope, governance, timelines, and execution strategy
* Engage and manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
* Drive risk management, issue resolution, and reporting across all workstreams
* Coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
Required Experience & Skills
* 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale implementation projects
* Proven track record in multi-stream programme delivery
* PMI certification (or equivalent)
* Advanced expertise in scope and project lifecycle management
* Strong experience working within the financial services industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
* Experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is advantageous but not essential

* Some travel required to client site in Zurich
* Candidates based in Switzerland are strongly preferred
