As a Regional General Manager HSS here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for owning the effective growth and delivery of an assigned region. Your primary objective will be to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that positions the business for high-performance outcomes. You will focus on stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships within the industry and regions of responsibility.
You will report directly to our President HSS and you'll work out of our Switzerland location.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and guiding a high-performing team. You will be accountable for owning the regional profit and loss (P&L) for the GBE Projects business and delivering on top-line revenue and EBITDA targets. Your focus will be on building a robust management operating system, establishing efficient processes, enhancing operational productivity, cost management, and profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with the Offering Management team to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and enhance market demand for offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the regional P&L for the HSS business and deliver on top line revenue and EBITDA
* Focus on building robust management operating system that establishes efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability
* Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance market demand of offerings
* Define and execute the product and technology roadmap to serve the unique needs of the GBE customers in a differentiated way
* Drive operations, sourcing, finance functions to a common vision and deliver bestinclass performance ontime delivery, quality, and service that exceed customer expectations
* Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business
* Drive effective Capital Allocation strategy that supports the regional business growth targets
* Drive compliance and forecast quality
* Avoid contractual penalties
* Lower the cost of legal fees and internal cost through effective contract administration
YOU MUST HAVE
* 8+ years of guidance, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management experience
* Experience in a guidance role as a Sales guide or General Manager
* Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business
* Demonstrated succession planning and development of business/sales guide
* Strong financial knowledge on balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and working capital mechanics
* Ability to deploy and run a Financial Pulse Management Operating System (MOS) and a Sales MOS
