The mortgage activity within Vaudoise Assurances is in full digital, human, and professional evolution. In the context of this dynamic environment, we are looking for a Mortgage Back-office Manager (100% - 9-month fixed-term contract starting in July) to strengthen the Back-office Team of our Mortgage Department. You will be in charge of various tasks related to mortgage loan activity. Within this dynamic and committed service, you will work in close collaboration with our various teams, our clients, and will be required to process files in the three linguistic regions.Your missions:- Perform management acts related to a mortgage portfolio (contractual documents, compliance, payments as well as correspondence for our clients, land registry, notary, financial institution, and partners)- Manage and monitor mortgage deeds/guarantees and insurance policies- Monitor amortizations/repayments in terms of deadlines, compliance, and accounting, and verify data in the management tool- Propose improvements to work processes- Participate in projects related to the activityYour profile:- Experience of at least 2 years in back-office activities: knowledge of mortgage financing, particularly in mortgage formalities and guarantees- French language, knowledge of German, mastery of common office software- You are an autonomous person, with a good sense of organization, capable of working effectively and with precision while respecting priorities and deadlines.
