Job description
1. Customer Service:
2. Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.
3. Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
4. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
5. Assist customers in making selections by building customer confidence, being proactive in offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
6. Gather customer feedbacks and share best practices within the organization.
7. Sales
8. Contribute to Teams effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
9. Take necessary steps to reach objectives linked to KPIs.
10. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment and exchanges policies.
11. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
12. Product Knowledge
13. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
14. Attend product training sessions to continuously enhance product/Brand knowledge.
15. Gather knowledge about latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
4.Store Operations:
16. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor at all times.
17. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
18. Handling of cash register and settlements.
19. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
20. Support with visual merchandising implementation and constantly make sure it remains visually appealing.
21. Team Collaboration
22. Self-starter with strong team-player approach to exceed Team objectives.
23. Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to new projects.
24. Assist in training new employees if needed.

Professional requirements
Qualifications:
34. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
35. Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
Skills:
Must have
36. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
37. Strong sales skills.
38. Ability to understand and present technical details.
39. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
