Ph3Job Summary /h3 pThe Business Development Representative (BDR) Lead is responsible for overseeing the BDR team, driving lead generation efforts, and ensuring the successful qualification of leads. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to identify and engage potential clients, nurturing leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The BDR Lead will also mentor and guide the BDR team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead Generation: /b ul liDevelop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. /li liMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. /li liTake the lead in prospecting high-quality leads and optimizing outreach strategies to drive sales growth. /li /ul /li libTeam Management: /b ul liSupervise and mentor the BDR team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. /li liSet clear performance goals and metrics for the BDR team and regularly review their progress. /li /ul /li libLead Qualification: /b ul liQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. /li liConduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and assess their fit for the company's products or services. /li /ul /li libCollaboration: /b ul liWork closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process. /li liCollaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. /li /ul /li libReporting and Analysis: /b ul liTrack and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline growth, and revenue generated from leads. /li liPrepare regular reports on BDR team performance and lead generation activities for senior management. /li /ul /li libContinuous Improvement: /b ul liStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve lead generation strategies. /li liImplement feedback and insights from the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas and generating leads. /li liStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients and internal teams. /li liProficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. /li liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in using LinkedIn SalesNavigator and other outreach tools. /li liExperience in the industry relevant to the company's products or services. /li liFamiliarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools. /li liAbility to deliver engaging presentations and pitches to potential clients. /li liExperience using Apollo for lead generation and sales processes. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
