Community Sales Manager responsible for the operational and commercial success of a Regus business center, ensuring high quality service and driving growth.
Responsibilities
* Operational responsibility of the site
* Technical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business
* Ensuring center standards are maintained
* Minimizing accounts receivable and developing potential additional services
* Providing customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Handling customer complaints and escalating serious issues to the responsible manager
* Organizing and coordinating community events
* Managing all operational and administrative customer and center issues
* Handling daily customer inquiries
* Communicating with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments
Qualifications
* Successfully completed vocational training
* Good knowledge of German, French, and English (written and spoken)
* Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
* Reliable, strong organizational and team-oriented personality
* Strong communication skills
* High degree of independence, initiative, customer focus, and flexibility
* Team player with a fun attitude
* Sense of responsibility and service-oriented action
