Marketing Coordinator (m/w/x) – Commercial Operations
For our Business Unit Commercial Operations we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (m/w/x). This role will be primarily responsible for enabling the efficient operation of the portfolio marketing teams in International Marketing.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Coordinate marketing projects, activities, and events (incl. meetings (internal & external), product launches and congresses)
* Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising
* Facilitate market research processes and organise dissemination of analysis and reports
* Assist in updating performance dashboards and tracking
* Maintain and update marketing databases and digital asset management systems (e.g. VEEVA PromoMats)
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively
* Support the development of marketing materials and presentations
* Maintain inventory of digital assets across the region
* Support budget tracking and management for the International Marketing Team
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in a coordinator position, working in an international commercial/marketing organisation, with exposure to interactions with affiliates and customers
* Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Excellent project management skills (incl. proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Fluency in English language (spoken and written) is required; other language(s) advantageous
* Working understanding of the principles of marketing in the healthcare sector
