About the post
We’re looking for a Specialist Clinical Oncology & Haematology Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at our Leaders in Oncology Care site, currently rated “Outstanding’’ by the CQC. The successful post holder will participate in the delivery, management and development of a high quality, proactive, cost‑effective, safe and responsive patient‑centric systemic anti‑cancer (SACT) pharmacy service. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology and other members of our multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure that our patients are able to safely access the very latest treatments in oncology and haematology.
What You’ll Bring
* MPharm or equivalent (essential)
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Post‑graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience delivering a clinical pharmacy service to wards (essential, post‑registration)
* Previous experience working in oncology (desirable)
* Previous experience working in ward‑based settings
* Practical experience in an aseptic production unit & GMP (essential)
* Mosaiq, BD Cato, Meditech knowledge (desirable)
