Your Impact
* Lead and successfully deliver high-impact projects in pharma, life science, customer, and commercial areas; engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients.
* Manage projects from end-to-end, including go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, customer analytics & insights, CRM transformation, omnichannel and MarTech strategies, front office operating models, salesforce effectiveness, and AI-enabled solutions such as AI for E2E content lifecycle management.
* Drive business development activities to identify, propose, and close customer transformation opportunities.
* Work with international clients, leading cross-functional and cross-territory teams to deliver large-scale, complex engagements with high-quality standards.
* Lead and grow a fast-developing team, with opportunities to build your own capabilities in a collaborative environment focused on respect, teamwork, and collective success.
Your Skill Set
* At least 10+ years of successful experience in a global consulting environment, with proven success in delivering transformational programs from strategy to execution.
* Experience in customer and commercial transformation programs within the pharma or MedTech industry, demonstrating tangible business benefits and in-depth domain expertise in areas such as go-to-market, customer engagement, analytics, CRM, marketing and sales transformation, omnichannel, MarTech, operating models, salesforce effectiveness, and AI solutions.
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional, cross-territory teams, expanding capabilities, and growing client portfolios through account expansion or new client acquisition.
* Expertise in building sustainable senior client relationships, interpreting strategic and operational drivers, and exceeding client expectations through trust and insight.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value, with a servant leadership mindset and a passion for teamwork and social engagement.
* Fluent in English, flexible to travel within Switzerland and abroad, with a Swiss work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
