Head of Logistics Excellence CenterWe are seeking a Head of Logistics Excellence Center to lead the Logistics Excellence Center in defining, improving, deploying, and anchoring logistics standards, capabilities, and end-to-end operational projects.Context: As the Head of Logistics Excellence Center, you will ensure process excellence, enablement, innovation, standardization, and field readiness in Regional operations across warehousing, transport, and import-export/customs - in close collaboration with Group Logistics, Regions, Maisons, Group Platforms, and other Group Functions.Responsibilities: You will make an impact by shaping and evolving the Logistics Operating Model (LOM), enabling process deployment and capability building, accelerating innovation and digital logistics, leading and supporting end-to-end operational projects, building and managing a high-performing team, and supporting logistics transformation roadmaps.Shape and Evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM)Define and maintain logistics processes and standards (warehousing, transport, import-export/customs)Monitor adoption and usage across systems, Regions, and Functions, identify gaps and implement improvementsDesign and evolve the LOM roadmap to ensure consistent, scalable, and future-proof practices that create added value for Regions and MaisonsEnable Process Deployment and Capability BuildingLead the deployment of new logistics processes and capabilities in close collaboration with RegionsStructure and support local capability ownership by helping define roles, governance, and ways of workingLead training, coaching, and change enablement to secure adoption and operational readinessAccelerate Innovation and Digital LogisticsPilot digital/automation initiatives with Regions and Group PlatformCapture innovations, validate them, and integrate them into the LOMFoster a digital mindset and support operational maturity in the networkLead and Support End-to-End Operational ProjectsDeliver transversal logistics projects (e.g. TMS, EWM, GTS, etc.)Ensure consistency with the LOM and mobilize the right expert mix (BPOs, PMs) based on project needsCollaborate with Group Platform to align systems with business needsBuild and Manage a High-Performing TeamLead a team of Business Process Owners and Project ManagersEnsure clear structure, governance, and effective collaboration across central and regional actorsFoster development, knowledge sharing, and a continuous improvement mindsetSupport Logistics Transformation RoadmapContribute to major logistics transformation programs by bringing process expertise and operational insightEnsure alignment with the LOM and drive integration into daily operationsAct as a key partner to Transformation team, PMO, and Business Performance teams to support execution and drive measurable impactQualifications: We are looking for a leader who combines strong end-to-end logistics expertise (warehousing, transport, import/export, customs), and a proven ability to drive change, structure processes, and support operational teams.
