TA & TOD Manager & HRBP
Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a TA & TOD Manager & HRBP for a 12-month contract (with possible extension) based in Basel, Switzerland.
The TA & TOD Manager & HRBP CHI will be responsible for the Service – and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as Talent and Organisational Development (TOD). The role will also provide HR Business Partnering for defined Business areas.
The individual will collaborate closely with the CHI HLRT as well as with senior Business Leaders.
You bring a broad spectrum of knowledge to this position from your prior work in leadership roles. You have exceptionally strong business acumen, the ability to develop trusting and authentic relationships. You are able to translate business requirements into HRIS.
The preferred candidate will have previous experience gained in a fast growing multinational company.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
Providing HRBP support for defined Business areas
Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt.
Interacting with: CHI HR LT and Senior Business leaders
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
Required degree Bachelor, Master degree preferred
Preferred area of study: HR, Economics, Psychology
English Business Fluent
Project Mgt certification
10+ years work experience in HR
Min. 5 years’ experience as HRBP
Min. 3 years’ experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager Level
Highly Experienced – 10+ years
Demonstrates strong business acumen to support leaders with holistic people agenda
Proactively drives customer satisfaction
Leads multiple activities simultaneously to successful conclusion
Collaborates effectively with various stakeholders
Is able to cope in a fast paced demanding environment with frequent change
Analytical, communication, negotiation, problem solving skills
Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills
Global/international mindset
Self-starter and fast learner with the experience to quickly establish relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Ability to work effectively through ambiguity
High planning and project management and execution capability. Able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
Strong at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information
