For our client in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Brand Manager to support international growth. You will lead business development, boost brand visibility, and drive commercial performance across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with global objectives.
* Lead market development initiatives, including POS openings and team structure optimization.
* Coordinate local marketing plans in line with HQ campaigns and manage budgets.
* Oversee sell-in/sell-out performance, assortment strategy, and sales reporting.
* Manage distributor relationships and support market expansion.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
* Provide regular market insights and performance updates to senior management.
Profile
* 5 to 10 years of proven experience in international sales, brand, or retail management.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
