Senior MSAT Engineer – Drug Product & Primary Packaging
A global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Senior Engineer to support the development, lifecycle management, and manufacturing readiness of primary packaging components used in injectable drug–device combination products.
You will work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant packaging solutions across a global manufacturing network.
Key Focus Areas
* Syringes, cartridges, vials, stoppers, plungers, and caps
* Process design, characterisation, and scale-up
* Supplier technical development and technology transfer
* Design for manufacturability and assembly
* Combination product regulatory compliance
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
* 6+ years’ experience in combination product environments
* Strong primary packaging and supplier-facing experience
* Comfortable operating in a global, matrix organisation
