Core Responsibilities
Method Innovation: Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of analytical techniques (including Dissolution, Content Uniformity, Water Content, and Impurity Profiling).
Scientific Execution: Independently design and conduct complex experiments, ensuring all laboratory activities align with internal SOPs and GxP guidelines.
Stability & Testing: Oversee the planning and execution of stability studies and manage the end-to-end documentation of results.
Data Integrity: Review and interpret complex data sets from development, validation, and method transfers; draft high-quality Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and technical reports.
Technical Writing: Author and peer-review critical documents, including analytical protocols, validation reports, SOPs, and technical templates.
Education & Experience
A Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field - alternatively an apprenticeship as laboratory technician paired with experience in the field
Analytical Mastery: Deep understanding of drug product analytical chemistry/ method development from the scratch, specifically with HPLC
Methodological Skill: Advanced proficiency in dissolution testing and complex sample preparation for oral dosage form
