Nanny – Arabic-speaking, Montessori-inspired

Full‑time position in Zürich, Switzerland – live‑in or live‑out.

Rockmybaby GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to care for their baby boy. The role focuses on early childhood education, using a Montessori‑aligned, child‑led approach and encourages thoughtful, attentive, education‑led care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for the infant and toddler.
• Create a nurturing, learning‑focused environment that follows Montessori principles.
• Plan and support child‑led exploration, independence, and purposeful play.
• Communicate regularly and transparently with the family, sharing observations and feedback.
• Travel with the family from time to time as needed.

Qualifications

• Arabic language skills are a firm requirement—any dialect is welcome.
• Minimum of five years of verifiable experience caring for babies and toddlers.
• Experience with or genuine interest in Montessori education.
• Passion for child development, continuous learning, and bringing new ideas to practice.
• Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability to changing family needs.
